Our first appointment gives us time to explore your health concerns, how they are affecting you, and the broader picture of your health and well-being.
I'll ask questions to understand not only what you're experiencing, but the particular way your symptoms affect you.
Together, this helps guide the selection of your homeopathic remedy and care plan, along with any additional support that may be helpful.
You'll also have time to ask questions and become familiar with how to take your remedy, what to observe, and when we may need to review your progress.
Follow-up reviews give us an opportunity to see what has changed, how you've been since your last appointment, and whether anything needs adjusting.
Reviews may be brief or more comprehensive depending on what is happening, and can be in person, online or by phone.
Email and text messages are useful for simple questions and brief updates.
When symptoms have changed, something new has arisen, or a remedy or potency needs reviewing, a brief conversation is usually the simplest and most effective way to get a clear picture of what is happening.
It also lets us clarify the important details at once, rather than piecing things together through a series of messages.
Acute homeopathic support is also available for acute illnesses, injuries and recovery following illness or surgery.
A straightforward situation may only require a brief review. If symptoms are more complex or have changed significantly, we may need a little more time to understand the current picture and decide what is needed next.
