Our first appointment enables me to understand you, your health concerns, and how they affect your daily life.
Together, they guide the selection of your homeopathic remedy, care plan, and whether any additional support options may be helpful.
The closer the remedy matches you and your health situation, the more effective the results.
You'll also have the opportunity to clarify any questions you have about your health plan and the timing of follow-up reviews, which are guided by your progress and health needs.
Follow-up reviews ensure your homeopathic treatment evolves as your health changes and may need adjusting to support ongoing improvement and maintain momentum.
We also offer homeopathic support for acute ailments, injuries or recovery after illness or surgery.
All appointments are available online, in person or by phone.
