Processing Time

The following information outlines our processing times, delivery options and return guidelines.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

We ship nationwide via NZ Courier Post.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the quantity ordered.

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Our reception is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Payment may be made online at checkout or via EFTPOS, when collecting in person.

We offer flat rate shipping to Australia (1–10 synergies per order).

Estimated delivery time:

Express – 2–4 business days
Economy – 5–9 business days

Delivery timeframes depend on destination and customs processing.

International delivery timeframes may be affected by customs processing.. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened synergies.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
